Pentagon Admits $62 Million in Taxpayer-Funded Ukraine Military Aid Was 'Lost or Destroyed'

Democrat President Joe Biden’s Department of Defense (DOD) has admitted to losing $62 million in taxpayer funds in the form of military aid sent to Ukraine.

However, according to a new report released on Wednesday, the Pentagon doesn’t actually know what happened to the weapons aid.

The DOD admitted that the weapons aid has but “lost or destroyed” but doesn’t know which.

The $62 million in weapons were designated for end-use monitoring (EEUM).

Unfortunately for American taxpayers, those weapons have since mysteriously disappeared, according to a Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General report (OIG) report.

The OIG report notes that alleged problems in reporting and tracking between U.S. and Ukrainian forces left an information gap as to what equipment may have been destroyed, lost, or diverted through November 2023.

The Pentagon has had consistent problems tracking U.S. aid to Ukraine since the Eastern European nation’s endless war with Russia began in 2022.

The inspector general report states:

“The absence of timely and complete EEUM loss reporting, along with the lack of thorough analysis of the loss reports, impedes the DoD’s understanding of any potential violations on EEUM‑designated defense articles

“This increases the risk that the DoD could lose accountability over EEUM‑designated defense articles provided to Ukraine.”

The U.S. European Command’s (USEUCOM) Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) hadn’t consistently obtained routine or thorough loss reports from Ukrainian forces.

The failure occurred despite in-place protocols and standards, according to the inspector general report.

On average, the time it took from the initial loss of a “defense” item to the time of the final loss report was 301 days.

However, requirements call for a roughly 30-day report.

Additionally, the OIG report reveals that the U.S. forces tasked with tracking did not conduct a proper analysis of existing loss reports for the risk of weapons being captured by Russian forces.

The report was unable to ascertain whether U.S. weapons assistance had been diverted.

The OIG “continues to investigate allegations of criminal conduct regarding U.S. Security assistance to Ukraine,” the report adds.

The Pentagon’s inspector general has identified previous problems with keeping track of U.S.-provided weapons to Ukraine.

An investigation, the results of which were released in January, found that U.S. defense and diplomatic officials had improperly tracked more than $1 billion in weapons aid.

The $1B in aid represents roughly 69% of the $1.6 billion in assistance that had been designated for end-use tracking.

The January report reads:

“Achieving a complete picture of EEUM-designated defense articles in Ukraine will be difficult as the inventory continues to change, and accuracy and completeness will likely only become more difficult over time.”

The U.S. has sent more than $70 billion worth of weapons assistance to Ukraine since the country’s war with Russia broke out in 2022.

Ukraine has looked to its Western allies to provide weapons as its own defense industrial base is not as advanced or large as Russia’s.

Over $1 billion of the weapons and military aid that the Biden administration has sent to Ukraine could be underperforming and taken off the front lines of the war, including tanks, drones, rocket systems, and bombs.

As Slay News reported, Biden recently agreed to sign a pledge to continue funding the endless war for at least the next ten years.

The Biden admin is hoping to rush through the agreement to prevent President Donald Trump from cutting aid if he wins reelection in November.

Denmark to Punish Farmers for Cow 'Emissions' to 'Fight Global Warming'

The Danish government has introduced radical new laws that will tax livestock farmers for “emissions” from cows, pigs, and sheep to supposedly “fight global warming.”

Demark has become the first country in the world to introduce a carbon tax that seeks to force farmers to comply with the goals of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) “Net Zero” agenda.

The Scandinavian nation will tax farmers for the so-called “greenhouse gases” allegedly emitted by their livestock from 2030.

Denmark’s globalist leaders claim they are targeting a major source of methane emissions, which they allege is one of the most potent gases contributing to “global warming.”

In order to comply with the WEF’s “Net Zero” targets, Taxation Minister Jeppe Bruus said the aim is to reduce Danish “greenhouse gas emissions” by 70% from 1990 levels by 2030.

As of 2030, Danish livestock farmers will be taxed $43 per ton of carbon dioxide equivalent in 2030.

The tax will increase to $108 by 2035.

However, because of an income tax deduction of 60%, the actual cost per ton will start at $17.3 and increase to $28 by 2035.

Although carbon dioxide is typically blamed for causing “climate change,” globalists claim that methane traps about 87 times more heat on a 20-year timescale.

However, as Slay News has previously reported, top scientists have debunked these claims as a hoax.

A recent peer-reviewed study provided conclusive scientific evidence proving that carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in Earth’s atmosphere cannot cause “global warming.”

Dr. Jan Kubicki led a group of world-renowned Polish scientists to study the impact of increases in CO2 emissions on the Earth’s global temperatures.

However, not only did they find that higher levels of CO2 made no difference, but they also proved that it simply isn’t possible for increases in carbon dioxide to cause temperatures to rise.

Kubicki and his team recently published three papers which all conclude that Earth’s atmosphere is already “saturated” with carbon dioxide.

This saturation means that, even at greatly increased levels of CO2, the “greenhouse gas” will not cause temperatures to rise.

Nevertheless, unelected globalists at the United Nations Environment Program claim that livestock accounts for about 32% of “human-caused methane emissions.”

“We will take a big step closer in becoming climate neutral in 2045,” Bruus said.

He boasted that Denmark “will be the first country in the world to introduce a real CO2 tax on agriculture” and added that he hopes other countries would follow suit.

New Zealand had passed a similar law due to take effect in 2025.

However, the legislation was removed from the statute book on Wednesday after hefty criticism from farmers and a change of government at the 2023 election from a far-left WEF-controlled ruling bloc to a center-right one.

New Zealand said it would exclude agriculture from its emissions trading scheme in favor of exploring other ways to reduce methane.

In Denmark, the deal was reached late Monday between the center-right government and representatives of farmers, the industry, and unions, among others, and presented Tuesday.

Denmark’s move comes after months of protests by farmers across Europe.

Farmers have been rising up against “climate change” mitigation measures and regulations that are driving them to bankruptcy.

The Danish Society for Nature Conservation (DSNC), the largest nature conservation and environmental organization in Denmark, described the tax agreement as “a historic compromise.”

After the talks in which the DSNC took part, the organization’s head Maria Reumert Gjerding said:

“We have succeeded in landing a compromise on a CO2 tax, which lays the groundwork for a restructured food industry -– also on the other side of 2030.”

According to green agenda advocates, a typical Danish cow produces 6.6 tons of CO2 equivalent per year.

Denmark, which is a large dairy and pork exporter, will also tax pigs.

However, cows are the main target due to allegations that they produce far higher “emissions” than pigs.

The tax is to be approved in the 179-seat Folketing, or parliament.

Nevertheless, the bill is expected to pass after a broad-based consensus.

According to Statistic Denmark, there were 1,484,377 cows in the Scandinavian country, as of June 30, 2022.

This was a slight drop compared to the previous year.

This figure is expected to fall more rapidly in the coming years.

Russia Warns Biden Admin Planning False Flag Pandemic before Election

Russia’s Ministry of Defense has issued a chilling warning that Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration is planning to launch a false flag attack in the United States before the November election that involves unleashing deadly bioweapons to create a new pandemic.

The stomach-churning warning was issued during a press conference by Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Kirillov claims Russia has uncovered evidence that the bioweapons operation will be launched by Biden’s Pentagon but blamed on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A segment of Kirillov’s press conference was shared in a post on X and translated to English by a U.S. military veteran and researcher known as WarClandestine.

During his statement, Kirillov explains that the Pentagon has relocated its secretive Ukrainian biolab operation to Africa.

Specifically, Kirillov said the Pentagon’s biolab activities are taking place in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

The Russian military general warns that a new variant of monkeypox that reportedly “causes miscarriage and has a fatality rate of 10 percent” was developed in the labs and is currently spreading in the DRC.

Kirillov also explained how the U.S. government is using third-party companies such as the Hunter Biden-linked groups Metabiota and EcoHealth Alliance.

In addition, the Pentagon is working with a company called Quicksilver and over twenty others.

These corporations are essentially used as buffers so the government doesn’t get into legal trouble by creating bioweapons against global agreements.

In his post on X, Clandestine wrote:

“Also keep in mind, the founder of Biden-owned Metabiota is Ghislaine Maxwell and Clinton affiliate, Virologist Nathan Wolfe.”

“To conceal the purposes of the research, Washington uses third parties.

“These are contracting and intermediary organizations (Metabiota, Quick-Silver, Eco-Health-Alliance, more than 20 companies in total), as well as enterprises of the so-called Big Pharma,” he stated.

 Kirillov continues by pointing out that Metabiota’s work in Africa was discontinued.

The company’s work was shut down after national governments started questioning Metabiota’s connections to the Biden administration.

“In 2014, samples of the Ebola virus were illegally exported by company representatives and transferred to the US Army Research Institute of Infectious Diseases,” Kirillov said.

“I would like to once again recall Washington’s opaque methods of work and warn our African partners against cooperation with the United States in the military-biological sphere,” he added.

“As practice shows, such interaction results in a loss of national sovereignty in the field of biosafety and a worsening of the morbidity situation.”

Kirillov alleges that a 2013 yellow fever outbreak in Cairo, Egypt was connected to a U.S. military biolab.

The outbreak killed 60,000 people.

The top Russian official also suggested the U.S. government is planning to intentionally spread a new deadly disease via “migratory birds.”

He warns that this is part of a plan to release another pandemic ahead of the critical 2024 presidential election.

“Let me remind you that the main goal of Washington is the removal of strains of dangerous pathogens and biomaterials from the territory of Ukraine, as well as the implementation of a number of very specific programs codenamed ‘U-Pi’ and ‘TAP’,” Kirillov said.

“For example, ‘U-Pi-4’: ‘Studying the possibility of the spread of particularly dangerous pathogens through migratory birds‘; ‘U-Pi-10’: ‘Study of the spread of African swine fever in Ukraine in the wild and through trade routes.’”

Concluding his message, the Russian MOD official pointed out the U.S. is increasingly trying to control the United Nations Secretary-General’s Mechanism to Investigate Alleged Use of Chemical and Biological Weapons.

According to Russia, this move is “aimed at creating its own tool under its control for investigating outbreaks of infectious diseases and other bioincidents.”

“The dominant role of the United States in the activities of the Secretary-General’s Mechanism will allow Western countries to assign blame at their discretion, as happened in the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons,” Kirillov explained.

Biden Pardons Military Veterans Convicted of Sodomy

Democrat President Joe Biden has issued a pardon to thousands of military veterans convicted under a since-repealed ban on sodomy.

The Wednesday pardon could affect up to 2,000 veterans who were convicted under the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 125.

The law previously made it a crime to engage “in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal.”

The sodomy ban was in effect from 1951 until 2013, when it was repealed by then-President Barack Obama.

Biden said he was fulfilling a “sacred obligation” to correct an injustice against “LGBTQI+” service members.

“This is about dignity, decency, and ensuring the culture of our Armed Forces reflect the values that make us an exceptional nation,” Biden said.

“We have a sacred obligation to all of our service members – including our brave LGBTQI+ service members: to properly prepare and equip them when they are sent into harm’s way and to care for them and their families when they return home.

“Today, we are making progress in that pursuit.”

The pardon is part of a flurry of executive actions from Biden ahead of the presidential election.

However, officials claim the timing of the move was coincidental.

“I think that this action, in particular, is just aligned with his values and the priorities of the administration,” an official said.

“I would not read into the political nature of it.

“It is a way to write a historic wrong and we felt like the time was now.”

The pardon could allow those convicted of sodomy to change their discharge status, enabling them to claim veterans’ benefits for the first time.

“Today, I am righting a historic wrong by using my clemency authority to pardon many former service members who were convicted simply for being themselves,” Biden said.

“Despite their courage and great sacrifice, thousands of LGBTQI+ service members were forced out of the military because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.”

Public acceptance of gay marriage and homosexuality grew significantly during Obama’s presidency.

Under Obama, the Supreme Court legalized gay marriage nationwide.

Biden embraced gay marriage publicly in 2012 while serving as Obama’s vice president.

Obama took steps to change the Clinton-era “don’t ask don’t tell” compromise for gays in uniform.

When he repealed the sodomy ban, Obama clarified that it only applies to forcible sodomy and bestiality.

Biden Officials Push for Age Limit for Child Gender Surgeries to Be Reduced

Officials in Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration are pushing for the age limit to be reduced for children to undergo life-altering gender surgeries.

The push was exposed in recently unsealed court documents.

The files show that health officials in the Biden administration urged an international transgender health nonprofit to omit the age limit in its guidelines for surgical procedures for adolescents.

The push for the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) to omit the age limit succeeded, the documents revealed.

The documents revealed that staff for Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary “Rachel” Levine, pushed the WPATH to drop the age minimum requirement altogether to avoid seeing conservative lawmakers work to put such age restrictions into law, The New York Times first reported.

The 2021 draft guidelines suggested 17 for genital surgeries or hysterectomies, 16 for breast augmentation or facial surgeries, 15 for mastectomies, and 14 for hormonal treatments.

However, the finalized WPATH 2022 guidelines did not include any age limit, the Times reported.

After publication, the White House denied the report in a statement, claiming: “The Administration does not support surgery for minors.”

Excerpts of emails within WPATH’s advisory group were included in legal filings for a federal lawsuit challenging Alabama’s ban on transgender surgeries for minors.

The files were released by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.

The lawsuit was filed by the National Center for Lesbian Rights and the Southern Poverty Law Center on behalf of five transgender children and their families, the Times reported.

One email from a member of the WPATH guideline development group described a conversation with Sarah Boateng, then-Levine’s chief of staff.

According to the email, Boateng was confident that specifying ages under 18 could lead to “devastating legislation for trans care.”

“She wonders if the specific ages can be taken out,” the excerpt read.

Levine, a man who claims to be a “transgender woman,” said he “was very concerned that having ages (mainly for surgery) will affect access to care for trans youth and maybe adults, too,” another email read.

“Apparently the situation in the U.S.A. is terrible and [Levine] and the Biden administration worried that having ages in the document will make matters worse.

“[Levine] asked us to remove them.”

James Cantor, a psychologist and critic of adolescent transgender procedures, filed the excerpts from the emails as evidence in support of Alabama’s federal lawsuit, the Times reported.

No emails from Levine’s office specifically were released.

These emails, part of his report, suggest that WPATH made decisions influenced by politics rather than science in developing its transgender guidelines.

The Times reported that the plaintiffs in the case are attempting to prevent Cantor from testifying.

Transgender procedures and treatments for children have become a hot-button issue in the country’s culture war.

More than a dozen states in the U.S. have enacted bans on surgical procedures and hormonal prescriptions for gender-confused youth.

Idaho, North Dakota, Florida, Oklahoma, and Alabama have passed laws making it a felony to perform sex changes on children.

Several blue states, meanwhile, have enacted “sanctuary state” laws in recent years shielding medical providers from facing penalties for conducting transgender procedures on adolescents.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has announced that investigators have uncovered evidence that pharmaceutical giant Pfizer “knew of multiple side effects” related to its Covid mRNA shots.

Kobach revealed that his office obtained the “information” during a press conference.

“Pfizer knew of multiple side effects…and did not disclose,” Kobach said.

“And in some ways, made statements that were contrary.

“It’s more than just a failure to say that there are side effects.

“They made statements saying there are no side effects in particular cases, when in fact they knew there were side effects and they had data indicating those side effects.”

The news comes after Kobach recently filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for “misleading” the public about the safety of its Covid mRNA shots by masking the “serious adverse events.”

As Slay News reported last week, according to the 179-page lawsuit filed last Monday by Kobach, Pzizer marketed the shot as “safe” despite knowing the injections could cause serious illness and death.

The lawsuit, filed in the District Court of Thomas County, alleges that “Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine.”

During a press conference last Monday, Kobach told reporters:

“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth.”

The Kansas AG added that Pfizer’s “misrepresentations” resulted in “record company revenue” of approximately $75 billion in just two years.

The State of Kansas outlines several specific allegations in its lawsuit:

1. Pfizer misled the public that it had a ‘safe and effective’ COVID-19 vaccine.

2. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths. Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public.

3. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants. Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public.

4. Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine would prevent transmission of COVID-19 even though it knew it never studied the effect of its vaccine on transmission of COVID-19.

5. To keep the public from learning the truth, Pfizer worked to censor speech on social media that questioned Pfizer’s claims about its COVID-19 vaccine.

6. Pfizer’s misrepresentations of a ‘safe and effective’ vaccine resulted in record company revenue of approximately $75 billion from COVID-19 vaccine sales in just two years.

7. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated previous consent judgments with the State of Kansas.

8. Pfizer’s actions and statements relating to its COVID-19 vaccine violated the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, K.S.A. 50-623 et seq., regardless of whether any individual consumer ultimately received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

9. Pfizer must be held accountable for falsely representing the benefits of its COVID-19 vaccine while concealing and suppressing the truth about its vaccine’s safety risks, waning effectiveness, and inability to prevent transmission.

Meanwhile, four other states have now followed Kansas’s lead.

The five states now suing Pfizer over the Covid mRNA injections are:

• Texas
• Mississippi
• Louisiana
• Utah

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla has boasted that deaths seen during the Covid pandemic will pale into insignificance when globalists soon unleash the next mass depopulation event.

According to Bourla, a key member of the World Economic Forum (WEF), “Covid was just a rehearsal” for the major cull of humans that is coming soon.

“I truly think the best days of Pfizer are ahead of us because Covid was, for me, like a rehearsal, prove generali, how you can mobilize an organization and do the impossible, possible, against a main disease,” Bourla said.

In 2021, Pfizer made nearly $37 billion in sales from the jab.

The dangerous mRNA injection cemented its place as one of the most lucrative products of all time.

This saw their overall revenues for the year double to more than $81 billion, which was more than the GDP of most nations.

Not surprisingly, this led many to conclude that the Big Pharma firm was engaging in “pandemic profiteering.”

They also came under fire for being unwilling to share the makeup of their vaccines with drugmakers in poorer nations to help more people get jabbed.

The group Global Justice Now stated:

“But we’ve let Pfizer withhold this essential medical innovation from much of the world, all while ripping off public health systems with an eye-watering markup.”

In 2022, they set another record, raking in $100 billion in revenue thanks to both their COVID-19 vaccine and the COVID-19 treatment pill Paxlovid, which brought in nearly $19 billion alone. In total, nearly $57 billion of its 2022 earnings came from the vaccines and pills combined.

However, other powerful individuals have also gone on the record with predictions of even bigger pandemics, and they shouldn’t be ignored, either.

For example, Bill Gates warned last year that the next pandemic will be “manmade” and “much more brutal” than COVID-19.

He also said what we should expect when this happens:

“Next time what we’ll have is factories that are able to produce [vaccines] far faster, and so just in months you should be able to make enough for the world.

“So we’ll have enough supply so that prioritization won’t matter because we’ll cover everyone.”

He has also said the next pandemic is not a “matter of if, but when,” using the prospect to call for worldwide surveillance, aggressive vaccine development, and censorship.

Meanwhile, the World Economic Forum and World Health Organization have been openly preparing for a potential “Disease X” that would be 20 times deadlier than COVID-19 and could kill up to 50 million people.
