Biden’s White House announced that America has joined 50 other countries in signing the “Global Health Security” agreement.
The “partnership” is being led by several of Microsoft co-founder Gates’s groups.
The Biden administration claims that the pact will help to “combat future pandemics” by identifying and responding to infectious disease outbreaks.
This response will involve rapid roll-outs of lockdowns and vaccine mandates across multiple sovereign nations simultaneously in the event of a pandemic or “climate change-related emergencies,” according to the agreement.
Despite the White House claiming the “partnership” is about “global health security,” the agreement mentions the word “climate” 28 times.
The agreement also states that measures could be enforced to ensure “gender equity, equality, and social inclusion.”
According to the White House, the Biden admin is “leading efforts to ensure international financial institutions, such as the World Bank Group, scale up lending for pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response because health security, economic security, climate security, and national security are all related.”
The administration released a 64-page document detailing the program, which it said aims to strengthen “global health security” and “prevent, detect and effectively respond to biological threats wherever they emerge.”
The Biden administration said it already supports 50 countries and has committed to support 50 more, primarily in Africa and Asia, to develop better testing, surveillance, communication and preparedness to “prevent pandemics” like the COVID-19 outbreak.
Several U.S. government agencies — including U.S. Agency for International Development, the U.S. Department of Defense, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security — will implement the program.
Iversen read from the White House strategy document:
“The COVID-19 pandemic had — and continues to have — a profound impact on our Nation and the world. More than one million Americans have lost their lives and nearly seven million Americans have been hospitalized, leaving families grieving and communities forever changed.
“We experienced the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression as weaknesses in our supply chains were exposed, small businesses struggled to stay afloat, and 20 million Americans lost their jobs.
“And we saw how this global health challenge caused local consequences for our hospitals, our schools, and our communities. No sector of the economy or society was immune.
“That is why, since day one, I have been committed to ensuring that our Nation is prepared for a future pandemic and all biological threats, including strengthening and investing in global health security.”
As part of Tuesday’s announcement, Biden also said he created a Pandemic Fund with bipartisan support “that has already catalyzed $2 billion in financing from 27 contributors, including countries, foundations, and philanthropies, to build stronger global health security capabilities.”
However, many of these “contributors” are directly linked to Bill Gates.
According to the Pandemic Fund website, funds are channeled through 13 governmental and non-governmental organizations.
The organizations include the World Health Organization (WHO), the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI); Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance; and The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria – all of which are funded by Gates.
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation also funds similar projects through other partnerships.
For example, Gates and the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA, funded the launch of the Sentinel system.
Sentinel is a proprietary “early warning system” that is powered by CRISPR gene-editing technology.
The system is meant to detect deadly pathogens in Africa before they spread.
However, organizations like the Gates Foundation have their own agendas that they can advance through such partnerships.
Gates has long been pushing for global vaccination mandates as well as digital IDs and CBDCs which could all be advanced via this partnership.
By offering major funding to poor countries, groups like the Gates Foundation buy the ability to influence, manipulate, or control policy.
This level of influence is key to imposing vaccine mandates, vaccine passports, digital IDs, and “cashless societies” across the world.
The news of this new agreement comes after Slay News recently reported that a WHO official testified that vaccine passports were a scam that sought to force the public into getting vaccinated.
Dr. Hanna Nohynek, chair of the WHO’s Strategic Group of Experts on Immunization, said she advised government officials the passports would not be effective and were not needed.
She said the passports were not needed because her team had discovered that COVID-19 vaccines didn’t work to stop the spread of the virus.
However, she says the vaccines were pushed anyway, despite the WHO knowing they didn’t work.
The WHO official dropped the bombshell revelations in a Helsinki courtroom while testifying in a lawsuit brought by Finnish citizen Mika Vauhkala.
Vauhkala is suing after he was denied entry to a café for not having a vaccine passport.
British cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra also appeared in the Helsinki district court to testify in the case.
Malhotra testified that, during the pandemic, global government health officials and medical professionals supported unethical, coercive, and misinformed policies such as vaccine mandates and vaccine passports.
These policies sought only to vaccinate as many members of the general public as possible, regardless of the risks.
Malhotra notes that this mass vaccination agenda undermined informed patient consent and evidence-based medical practice.
