As you can read, amendments can be made to Article 62 by nation 'states' but, "Such reservations 'Shall NOT' be 'INCOMPATIBLE' with the 'Object' and 'Purpose' of these Regulations" and where this means that if the WHO deems it not to be, they can easily dismiss it under 'their' interpretation and not adopt it...therefore the WHO will have the overriding power to decide, not our governments on our behalf (and can be construed as 'double-talk'). 

Comments:

Note the text to be 'deleted' and where "standing recommendations" means "advice issued by WHO" for specific ongoing public risks pursuant to Article 16  and the "NON-BINDING" is taken away, giving the WHO total flexibility to do what they wish and be only WHO decides as the non-binding element is deleted completely and remember this document gives the power to them to decide and NOT OUR GOVERNMENTS who cannot intervene or do anything about WHO decisions...not one bit at all, as they will have all the power given to them by our political leaders and signed in international law...period.

Added to this, "temporary recommendations" now means advice issued by WHO pursuant to Article 15 application on a time-limited, risk-specific basis, in response to public health emergencies of international concern, so as to prevent or reduce the international spread of disease and min minimise interference with international traffic and which basically means, that the WHO can do anything and in fact have indefinite lockdowns or anything, because the 'non-binding' or any temporary recommendations is now taken away for them to decide and again our governments cannot do a thing about it...not one iota.

Comments:

This give WHO all power to determine and implement all risks and where it means that WHO can call a pandemic anytime and of any magnitude that could mean harm to the whole of the human populations if WHO's global dictates were proved to be harmful and where most of the dictates for Covid-19 pandemic have been proven to be wrong now and we will be giving WHO even more power to do this again or worse without any redress at all by our governments, remembering that these "Health Regulations" will be 'binding' for all nations, with no redress now at all.

Added to this and the bottom Amendment by (India), the rights presently shall be with the full respect for the dignity, human rights and  fundamental freedoms of persons will be DELETED (based on the principles of equity, inclusivity and in coherence and in accordance with their common but differential  responsibilities of the State Parties taking into consideration their social and economic development  

The above means that dignity, human rights and the fundamental freedoms of persons will go and people will have their dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms taken away and not afforded to them under the WHO's revised changes to the International Health Regulations, just like what it was like in Nazi Germany and the same basically...so all should be concerned.

Comments:

The WHO is "REMOVING" the words (on the Amendment by the USA), "and the State Party are in agreement regarding this determination", which means that the Director-General of the WHO can then determine everything, as the rights of the States are removed to be a party to any decisions at all, as they will not be consulted and where agreements with regard to determination by all States is removed and the Director-General of WHO can do whatever he wants and our governments again cannot do anything about it, even if the determination by the Director-General are wrong and harm the people - no intervention can be made by our governments as this is signed into the revised International Health Regulations and gives WHO the ultimate power to do absolutely anything and what they want to do, whether bad or good and where the former was the case with the Covid-19 pandemic.

These amendments will give WHO and especially one person, the Director-General of WHO, full control to do whatever he sees fit for any Global Health Emergency and where no Nation or their governments can stop what ever decision that the Director-General will make and if it is catastrophic for humanity, there is not a thing that they can do to stop the WHO's Director-General and a fact under the Amended "International Health Regulations" once our Political leaders have signed the international agreement documents. In this respect our political leaders have only until the end of November 2023 to stop this totally draconian power being handed to the WHO and where we know now the terrible management of the Covid-19 pandemic took millions of lives and injured 100s of millions worldwide with serious side effects, if people did not know (and the effects are still continuing)...sounds MAD it is and our people and all the word's populations are literally being taken down the Swanee River to a place where they will not want to be..as there is no redress to the dictates of the Director-General of WHO and who called another pandemic just over a year ago (Monkey Pox) and where that would have locked down the world again (even though a majority of his and the WHO's elite medical advisers at the WHO told him not to do so, but he still issued the instrument to call a pandemic under his power now, so he will certainly do it with the amended Regulations) and where it proved to be a false flag alarm, but now with this altered agreement the Director-General could be told and and he can just ignore everyone again (and again, and again infinitum) and lockdown the whole world and continually at that as he will have the power to do so and that's how much power will shift to him with these "amended" power-shift International Health Regulations.., for no "ifs" and "buts", about it ands he will have all the power t do whatever he wants...period.

Democrat President Joe Biden has demanded that the American people stop raising concerns about Covid shots and called on “leaders” to stop questioning the mRNA injections.

Biden made the call during a mumbling White House statement on Wednesday.

He claimed that people “in public life and both political parties” are saying “inflammatory things” about the shots.

The president of those unnamed dissenters to be “cautious” about what they say regarding the Biden administration’s official narrative on the jabs.

“What leaders say matter[s], in terms of people’s confidence in things they’re not sure about,” Biden began.

“And one of those areas — you saw what happened with regard to the crisis — health crisis that we had that cost us — we lost well over a million people,” the POTUS slurred.

“And as time began to move on, you had more and more voices saying, ‘No, no, no. You don’t need to get that shot. You don’t need to be — get — you don’t need to.’

“We have a new strain of COVID now, and we have answers for it,” Biden asserted.

“I just would urge those in public life and both political parties or no political party to be cautious about the ac- — the sometimes inflammatory things you say about this, because people’s lives are at stake.”

The comments from Biden come amid the recent reporting from Slay News.

Earlier this week, one of the Biden administration’s top vaccine advisors, Dr. Paul Offit, spoke out to reveal that he won’t be taking the latest Covid shots.

As Slay News reported, Offit also raised the alarm about the long-term effects of the mRNA injections.

Offit is one of the lead advisers on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) vaccines committee.

Offit is an American pediatrician specializing in infectious diseases, vaccines, immunology, and virology.

He is the co-inventor of a rotavirus vaccine and is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of virology and immunology.

In a video posted on Twitter/X by the popular account “Chief Nerd,” Offit said he “didn’t get last year’s bivalent vaccine” and he’s “not getting this year’s vaccine.”

Offit further explains that he believes he is “protected” and doesn’t require more injections.

He then continues by warning of the disturbing spikes in serious side effects such as myocarditis.

“We’re going to find out about this vaccine over time,” he warns.

He continues by describing the whole approach to the mRNA shots as a “novel strategy.”

“We certainly were surprised by myocarditis and pericarditis and we’ll see whether or not over time when we’re five years into this, 10 years into this, 15 years into this, whether there’s any evidence of residual myocardial disease because the reason you have myocarditis is you’re making immune response to your own heart muscle,” Offit says.

“We’ll find out about that over time.”

WEF: 'Pandemic Emotions' Create 'Opportunity' to Push Climate Fear

Members of the World Economic Forum (WEF) have gloated that the “emotions” people felt during the pandemic have created an “opportunity” to advance the globalist green agenda by pushing “climate crisis” fear onto the public.

During a recent WEF panel discussion, members of Klaus Schwab’s unelected organization discussed methods of persuading the public to comply with unpopular green agenda policies.

The group lamented that installing WEF Young Global Leaders in government positions can only go so far if the majority of the world’s population doesn’t support radical climate policies.

The WEF panel included “Climate Czar” John Kerry’s daughter Vanessa Kerry.

Vanessa Kerry is the World Health Organization’s (WHO) “Director-General Special Envoy for Climate Change and Health.”

She is also listed as a WEF member.

During the discussion, Kerry and the other panelists spoke with WEF agenda contributor Jemilah Mahmood about pushing the ailing “global warming” narrative onto the public.

They complained that people are not so willing to comply with the green agenda because they don’t feel threatened enough by “climate change.”

However, Mahmood then praised the Covid pandemic for creating “an opportunity” to push climate propaganda.

She explained to the panelists that globalists can leverage the “emotions” that people felt during the pandemic.

Mahmood, a Malaysian medical professional and former government health official, excitedly described how the same fear tactics can be used to push the “climate crisis” narrative through “storytelling.”

Fauci Was 'Smuggled' into Meeting with CIA Officials to 'Influence' Covid Origins Probe, Investigation Finds

Dr. Anthony Fauci reportedly held secret meetings with CIA officials where he sought to “influence” the probe into the origins of Covid, a House investigation has found.

According to the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, Fauci was “smuggled” into the CIA’s headquarters in Langley, Virginia “without a record of entry.”

However, investigators uncovered evidence proving that Fauci met with CIA officials and “participated in the analysis” to “influence” the agency’s Covid origins probe.

Fauci’s alleged CIA meeting was revealed in a Tuesday night letter from Subcommittee Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-OH).

Wenstrup wrote the letter to the Inspector General of Democrat President Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

In the letter, Wenstrup demands documents, communications, and other evidence between Fauci and the CIA.

This new allegation has emerged just two weeks after reports showed that the CIA bribed analysts to say Covid did not originate in a Chinese lab.

According to a “senior-level” CIA whistleblower, the agency “tried to pay off six analysts who found SARS-CoV-2 likely originated in a Wuhan lab if they changed their position and said the virus jumped from animals to humans.”

Wenstrup highlighted the whistleblower’s statement in the letter to the HHS IG.

“According to the whistleblower, at the end of its review, six of the seven members of the Team believed the intelligence and science were sufficient to make a low confidence assessment that COVID-19 originated from a laboratory in Wuhan, China,” the letter from Wenstrup reads.

“The seventh member of the Team, who also happened to be the most senior, was the lone officer to believe COVID-19 originated through zoonosis.

“The whistleblower further contends that to come to the eventual public determination of uncertainty, the other six members were given a significant monetary incentive to change their position,” the letter continues.

Wenstrup notes that the analysts were “experienced officers with significant scientific expertise.”

Wenstrup and Turner also asked for documents and communications between the CIA and other federal agencies, including the State Department, the FBI, the Department of HHS, and the Energy Department.

In a separate letter, the House committee leaders identified former CIA Chief Operating Officer Andrew Makridis as having “played a central role” in the Covid investigation and asked him to sit for a transcribed interview.

In June, the US Intelligence Community declassified a 10-page report on Covid origins.

The report found “biosafety concerns” and “genetic engineering” taking place in Wuhan.

However, the Intelligence Community claims that most of its “agencies assess that SARS-CoV-2 was not genetically engineered.”

As the Committee noted on Tuesday:

Dr. Fauci’s questionable presence at the CIA, coupled with recently uncovered evidence that he, Dr. Fauci, “prompted” the drafting of “Proximal Origin” — the infamous paper that was used to attempt to “disprove” the lab leak theory — lends credence to heightened concerns about the promotion of a false COVID-19 origins narrative by multiple federal government agencies.

Chairman Wenstrup is seeking all documents and communications related to Dr. Fauci’s access to CIA facilities and CIA employees as it relates to these allegations.

Also, after becoming aware of additional information, the Select Subcommittee is requesting Special Agent Brett Rowland appear for a transcribed interview regarding Dr. Fauci’s purported movements to and from the CIA.

As mounting evidence continues to imply that federal government officials covered-up the origins of COVID-19, investigating any improper influence will ensure future accountability of not only the intelligence community, but also public health officials.

WHO Will Become Unelected Single World Government, Expert Warns

Governments around the world are preparing to surrender their sovereign powers to the WHO to establish an unelected single global government, a leading expert has warned.

Meryl Nass, a biowarfare and epidemics expert, has warned about the globalist agenda to impose a “global dominion by the few and total control of the masses.”

The agenda is disguised as an international pandemic treaty under the World Health Organization (WHO).

According to Nass, whose medical license was suspended in January 2022 by the Maine medical board for allegedly spreading “COVID misinformation” and prescribing ivermectin, the current draft of the treaty and the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) would require the public to have mRNA-based vaccination.

The treaty gives the director-general of the WHO, the United Nations’ “health” agency, additional power to determine which medications can be used in medical emergencies.

This means that the WHO will gain authority over the healthcare of the public in different states (and all nations of the world), obliging local healthcare practitioners to adhere to their directives.

The WHO is also set to implement nationwide biosurveillance programs to identify potential pandemic-causing pathogens by testing humans, domesticated and farm animals, and wildlife, as well as inspecting farms, factories, wastewater, and more.

Additionally, the WHO director-general can declare a pandemic or even a potential one, but with no predefined criteria to declare one.

Furthermore, the director-general can act based on little more than hearsay. Concrete evidence of an impending or ongoing pandemic is not a prerequisite. Nations are also obliged to monitor and censor social media to push the WHO’s narrative.

This globalist agenda, disguised as a treaty, implies a loss of medical freedom and bodily autonomy for the masses.

In an article published by Nass entitled “The WHO’s Proposed Treaty Will Increase Manmade Pandemics,” she pointed out that the treaty encourages “gain-of-function” research, a euphemism for biological warfare research, to predict future pandemic threats or potential bioweapons.

Meaning, the WHO obliges its members to actively search for potentially pandemic-causing pathogens and, once found, share them and any associated research globally.

With this strategy, it would be harder to blame a country or organization as all nations are working with the same pathogens.

Moreover, the treaty proposes that governments share all viruses and bacteria with “pandemic potential” with the WHO and other governments, even putting their genomic sequences online.

However, this plan risks exposing dangerous pathogens to hackers and other malicious actors, undermining global security.

In short, gain-of-function research is explicitly incentivized by the treaty.

Ultimately, the WHO treaty pushes people in the opposite direction of what is required to prevent future pandemics.

To effectively prevent pandemics, it is necessary to stop gain-of-function research, as it represents the most significant pandemic threat.

“It is the public who pays the cost of the research, [and] then pays again for the accidents and deliberate leaks,” Nass wrote.

“Wouldn’t it be better to end gain-of-function research entirely, by restricting funding or closing the laboratories, rather than encouraging the distribution of biological weapons?

“If we want a decent future, it is crucial that we control these weapons instead of proliferating them.”

Bill Gates Admits 'Climate Crisis' Narrative Is a Hoax

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has admitted that “climate crisis” prophecies of doom are a hoax.

In a major U-turn, climate alarmist Gates backtracked and confessed that “global warming” does not have apocalyptic consequences.

Gates reportedly told a group of his fellow globalist green agenda advocates that the “climate doom” narrative has now become so exaggerated that the public now sees right through the charade.

The admission from Gates is a major shift for the billionaire who has been a leading proponent of the “climate emergency” narrative.

For years, Gates has been championing the “Net Zero” goals of the unelected bureaucratic and corporate elite.

The “Net Zero” targets, as dictated to global governments by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and United Nations (UN), seek to strip the public of their quality of life in order to eliminate so-called “carbon emissions” by 2050.

However, as Slay News has reported, analysts warn that meeting these unrealistic goals will cost the taxpaying public $75 trillion.

Even after spending $75T, the world will still likely fall far short of the targets by 2050 and the globalists behind the policies will be long gone.

In 2021, Gates previously warned of apocalyptic consequences if the world fails to achieve “zero net carbon emissions” by the year 2050.

He warned the then-host of “Fox News Sunday” Chris Wallace in February 2021:

“The migration that we saw out of Syria for their civil war, which was somewhat weather dependent, we’re going to have 10 times as much migration because the equatorial areas will become unlivable.

“We won’t be able to farm or go outside during the summer.

“Wildfires, even the farming productivity in the south of the U.S. – the droughts – will reduce productivity in the area dramatically.”

Gates went on to say that the loss of life would be greater than even the worst part of the coronavirus pandemic.

“The instability overall will be five times as many deaths at the peak of the pandemic and going up every year,” he said.

“If we wait 10 more years it’s not as bad as if we wait 20 or we wait 30, because the temperature just keeps going up,” he said.

Gates also promoted this narrative in his fearmongering book, “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster.”

In his book, Gates warns that it is imperative that the world complies with “Nero Zero” goals before 2025 to avoid “catastrophe.”

However, while speaking at a New York Times event in NYC this week, Gates made a sudden U-turn on his climate doom narrative.

During the live event at The Times Center in New York, Gates admitted that “No temperate country is going to become uninhabitable” due to “global warming.”

He continued by admitting that the aggressive fear tactics are no longer working on the public.

Gates warned his globalist allies: “If you try to do climate brute force, you will get people who say, ‘I like climate but I don’t want to bear that cost and reduce my standard of living.'”

The billionaire also weighed in on his controversial plans to chop down trees to “fight climate change.”

As Slay News reported, Gates is funding a new effort that seeks to chop down a staggering 70 million acres of trees in an effort to allegedly “fight global warming.”

Gates’s organization, Breakthrough Energy, has plowed $6.6 million into the project led by Kodama Systems.

The move will see 70m acres of forests, mostly in the Western United States, cut down.

After the trees have been chopped down, they will be buried.

According to the project organizers, “scientists” say “burying trees can reduce global warming.”

Kodama claims that burying the trees will prevent them from allegedly “spewing” carbon back into the air.

Commenting on such plans, Gates even dismissed the idea of planting trees to save the planet.

“Are we the science people or are we the idiots?” he said in response to those who suggest planting more trees is good for the environment.

“Which one do we want to be?”

 Gates’s U-turn comes as BlackRock CEO Larry Fink abandoned the term “ESG” (environment, social, and governance).

Fink also warns that the “green bubble” is imploding.

Gates’s shift doesn’t appear to have fully resonated with all of his fellow green agenda advocates just yet, however.

As Slay News reported earlier, Gates’s fellow globalists Bill Clinton and Pope Francis held talks this week to discuss ending the “climate change catastrophe.”

Stressing the urgency of addressing the alleged “catastrophe,” the pope and ex-POTUS vowed to fight global warming “before it’s too late.”

“It is time to work together to stop the ecological catastrophe before it’s too late,” the pontiff told Clinton at a meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI).

“Let us stop while there is still time, please.”

In late August, Francis said it is time for world leaders to “listen to science and institute a rapid and equitable transition to end the era of fossil fuel.”

It is “absurd to permit the continued exploration and expansion of fossil fuel infrastructures,” he declared in his message for the September 1 Feast of Creation.

“Let us raise our voices to halt this injustice towards the poor and towards our children, who will bear the worst effects of climate change.”

“The unrestrained burning of fossil fuels and the destruction of forests are pushing temperatures higher and leading to massive droughts,” the pope stated.

He claimed that the alleged “catastrophe” is a product of “consumerist greed, fueled by selfish hearts.”

Francis then suggested communist-like policies to address “climate change.”

“Richer nations have contracted an ‘ecological debt’ that must be paid” to poorer nations, he declared.

“Let us heed our call to stand with the victims of environmental and climate injustice, and to put an end to the senseless war against creation,” he said.
