Top Doctor: Biden Has 'Age-Related Dementia'

A top doctor has warned the American people that, based on his own expert opinion, Democrat President Joe Biden is showing clear signs of “age-related dementia.”

Marty Makary is a medical doctor who is also a Fox News contributor.

He recently appeared on the Fox News show “Fox & Friends First” to discuss Biden’s medical condition, particularly in light of the recent special counsel report from Robert Hur.

Even though Hur found that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials,” Hur chose not to prosecute Biden.

Hur explained that it would not be possible to charge and convict Biden of the crime because he’s an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

The special counsel further noted in the report that the president couldn’t even remember the year his son Beau Biden died, even the period to within a few years.

During his Fox News appearance, Makary said that Biden is showing obvious signs of “age-related dementia.”

Makary told Fox that, while everyone, from time to time, makes such mistakes as mixing up words, Biden has been showing “a significant progression” in these areas.

Makary particularly highlighted the fact that Biden’s speech has been getting noticeably slower and that Biden’s memory has been getting noticeably worse.

We have seen some clear examples of this recently, such as when Biden told a crowd that he met with a French president who died nearly 30 years ago.

Makary went on to claim that Hur’s report itself essentially confirms that Biden has “age-related dementia.”

“At this point, it’s not really a medical diagnosis as much as it is obvious to even a lawyer who essentially made the diagnosis in this report of age-related dementia,” Makary said.

“So, that’s the concern. You’ve got cognitive decline right in front of our eyes.

“It’s very obvious how he’s performing today versus, say, five years ago, and it’s sad, really.”

In case you missed it, in Hur’s report, he referred to Biden as a “sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur demonstrated this, writing:

“In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden’s memory was worse.

“He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended (‘if it was 2013 — when did I stop being Vice President?’), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began (‘in 2009, am I still Vice President?’).”

In the report, Hur makes it clear that this is one of the primary reasons why he has chosen not to prosecute Biden, because “[i]t would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

The report may be good news for Biden – in that it has gotten him off the hook for something that, otherwise, would have been a crime.

However, it is really bad news for a president who is seeking reelection.

As Makary put it, “If this were the CEO of a company, people would not buy the stock.

“A board would likely intervene and people are concerned about the long-term trajectory of another four years.”
