An alleged child victim of Sean “Diddy” Combs has dropped bombshell accusations in newly filed court documents.
The unidentified victim has alleged that a “celebrity” couple participated while Diddy raped her when she was just 13 years old.
The accuser filed a lawsuit alleging a “male and female celebrity” participated in the horrific sexual assault while she was a minor.
According to Variety, the woman said she was just 13 years old at the time of the alleged attack.
The Buzbee Law Firm is representing the woman that alleged she was drugged before the alleged rape unfolded on September 7, 2000.
She said she immediately felt woozy after the drugging.
The outlet reported on the allegations on Monday.
However, the celebrities have yet to be named, according to Variety.
The victim, identified as “Jane Doe,” said she was trying to gain access to the MTV Video Music Awards.
However, the young teenager wasn’t able to enter without a ticket, Variety reported.
She said she approached several limousine drivers after the event in an attempt to go to an afterparty.
The child eventually came across one of the drivers allegedly employed by Combs.
She claimed he drove her to a party and told her to sign an alleged non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before she was allowed to enter.
After signing the NDA, she was handed a drink and welcomed inside, according to Variety.
Doe claimed she “began to feel woozy and lightheaded” after having one drink.
She said she managed to find her way to a bedroom to lie down, according to Variety.
The victim went on to allege that Diddy walked into the room she was in and brought in “a male and female celebrity.”
Then the male celebrity allegedly proceeded to rape her while the female star observed.
Doe claimed Diddy then raped her as well while both unnamed celebrities watched, according to Variety.
She claimed she was deeply affected by the alleged assault.
Since the attack, the victim said she “fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life,” according to Variety.
The Buzbee Law Firm previously stated it is representing more than 100 lawsuits against Diddy.
Combs has repeatedly denied all allegations against him and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
In a previous statement to Variety, his attorneys said:
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.
“In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
The disgraced music mogul faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and has been denied bail twice.
A guilty sentence on the racketeering charge could result in life in prison.
