Supreme Court Dismisses Legal Challenges on COVID-19 Vaccine

In a recent development, the Supreme Court has dismissed two challenges from Children’s Health Defense, a non-profit organization that opposes vaccinations, specifically those for children.

The challenges were brought forward by the organization’s founder, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is also an independent presidential candidate.

The Supreme Court upheld the decisions made by federal appeals courts in New Orleans and Philadelphia, without providing any further comments.

One of the challenges was related to the COVID-19 vaccinations, where the organization opposed the FDA’s approval of administering the vaccine to children.

Another challenge was filed against Rutgers University in New Jersey, claiming that the school required most students to be vaccinated for in-person classes while not imposing the same requirement on faculty and staff.

Furthermore, Children’s Health Defense has also filed a lawsuit against several news outlets, including The Associated Press, accusing them of violating antitrust laws by spreading false information about COVID-19 and its vaccines.

This particular lawsuit is still pending.

Overall, the Supreme Court’s dismissal of the challenges serves as a setback for Children’s Health Defense, as they continue their fight against vaccinations.

The organization’s founder, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who was initially involved in the lawsuit against the news outlets, has since separated from the organization due to his presidential candidacy.
